SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
All deliveries are made by UPS and FedEx. After we receive your purchase order, we will send you an order confirmation with the estimated cost for shipping.
Delivery time will take 48-72 hours if the items are currently stocked in our American distribution center in Pennsylvania. Otherwise, the restocking of the American distribution center takes place with shipments from Italy every 15-20 working days.
If any items arrive damaged, or if there are any items missing, please email DESTA USA Customer Service immediately at email@example.com, as well as to notify the delivery company in writing.
Please make sure to check the items upon delivery. Write down any damage or missing items, and if possible take a picture.
DESTA USA Inc. will not be responsible for any damages that has not been reported with 8 days of delivery to both the delivery company and DESTA USA Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The returning service wants to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
The returned product is accepted only if the shipment has been previously authorized by DESTA USA Inc. and all paid for the delivery. If you wish to return or replace a product, you will need to contact Customer Service immediately to the e-mail address email@example.com. The costs of returning the products are charged to you; any expenses for the delivery will not be refundable.
It is recommended to ship the products to be returned ensuring the full amount of the goods, and make sure to receive a tracking number to allow the shipment to be traced. DESTA USA Inc. will not be liable for reimbursement or compensation for products shipped by the customer but never received by DESTA USA Inc. due to loss, theft or damage not attributable to DESTA USA Inc..
The products must be returned within five days from the return authorization, they must be intact and complete with all accessories in their original packaging and with adequate external packaging, otherwise they will be rejected and returned to the sender at his own expense. It is not possible to cancel or return the goods in the case of orders for products not present in the catalog, customized products and products specifically supplied at the customer's request.
From time to time, it may be necessary to change all or part of our payment policy. If so, the new policy will be posted on our website. Such changes will take effect on the date posted in the notice. The new policy will apply to all current and past users of our website and supersede any previous policy that may be inconsistent.
